Executive Committee

President : Kyle Hanofee
The President has overall responsibility for the operation of the Panhellenic Council and Executive board and serves as their official representative. The President calls and presides at all regular and special meetings of the Georgia Institute of Technology Panhellenic Council and the Executive Board.

Exec. Vice President : Margeaux Leighton
The Executive Vice President is responsible for the duties of the President in her absence, inability to serve, or at her call. She jointly supervises the Homecoming and Greek Week Chairmen with IFC and oversees the Panhellenic Judicial Board and Junior Panhellenic. She is also reponsible for investigating all Recruitment infractions as stated in the Recruitment Rules and Recruitment Infraction

Recruitment Vice President : Mary Crumley
The Administrative Vice President is responsible for all of Formal Recruitment including summer preparations and the notification of new members and the recruitment list after the conclusion of Formal Recruitment. She also oversees the offices of Head Pi Chi Chair and Recruitment Publicity

Programming Vice President : Lanie Reynolds
The Executive Programming Chair is responsible for supervising all programming, including advising and coordinating with the sponsors of all activities involving the fraternities as a whole. She also oversees the the Philanthropy Chair.

Assistant Recruitment Coordinator : Dana Lupuloff
The Recruitment Publicity Chair is responsible for assisting the Vice-President Recruitment as necessary. She is also responsible for compiling the Recruitment Information Booklet. The Booklet shall contain, according to the NPC guidelines, detailed Recruitment information, fraternity financial requirements, and abbreviated Recruitment rules pertaining to potential new members only. Finally, she is responsible for all other Recruitment publicity and oversees the office of Public Relations chair in collaboration with Secretary.

Secretary : Emily Martin
The Secretary is responsible for keeping an up-to-date roll of the members of Panhellenic and call it at meetings and the keeping of full, typed minutes of all meetings of the Georgia Institute of Technology Panhellenic Council and a record of all action taken by the Executive Board. She is also responsible for the official correspondence of Panhellenic unless otherwise provided for. Finally, she oversees the Information Technology Chair and Public Relations chair in collaboration with Recruitment Publicity.

Treasurer : Kristen Vila
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping copies of all contracts made by the Panhellenic Council, the general supervision of the finances of the Georgia Institute of Technology Panhellenic Council, the preparation of the annual budget and, following its approval by the Panhellenic Executive Board, for providing a copy to each Panhellenic member fraternity. She also is responsible for overseeing the selection and collection of yearly Scholarship recipient(s) and oversees the Scholarship chair.
