How can New Members get involved with Panhellenic?

Junior Panhellenic Council is an organization comprised of 2 delegates from each Sorority. The Council’s purpose is to plan events and activities for the New Members of all sororities with the intent of creating bonds between the Chapters. The Council is overseen by an Executive Board of 6 officers.

President: Ariel Killen
The duties of the President include presiding over all Junior Panhellenic meetings and Junior Panhellenic Exec meetings. She is responsible for creating an agenda for each meeting. In addition, she must consult with the Junior Panhellenic advisor for approval of all Jr. Panhellenic activities. She meets regularly with the Panhellenic Executive Vice President in case of questions or just to get help. Above all, she is responsible for creating an environment in which the Council can communicate and thrive.

Vice President: : Anna Dorminey
The Executive VP assumes the duties of the President in her absence. She is responsible for organizing and implementing fundraising activities for Junior Panhellenic, such as Data Match. Additionally, she is in charge of organizing philanthropy projects for Junior Panhellenic involving all new member classes.

Secretary/Executive Programming: Mallory Necessary
The Secretary is responsible for keeping all attendance records and recording all minutes for the meetings. She is in charge of all correspondence of Junior Panhellenic such as thank you letters and letters of congratulations to new members for accepting a Bid and Initiation. She notifies all Junior Panhellenic Members of meetings.

Treasurer/Technology: Alexandra Hemrick
The duties of the Treasurer include working with the Panhellenic Treasurer to manage Junior Panhellenic finances and prepare a budget. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining the Junior Panhellenic webpage.
